Customer service has been great again, I ordered a dress for my friend's wedding in the sale (can never say no to a bargain!) Unfortunately, I ordered my usual size, and when it arrived it was too big, so I contacted the customer support to ask about exchanging for a smaller size. Unfortunately there isn't an exchange system, but they said that I can reorder the dress and return the original one for a refund. I checked their website and the dress had went back to its normal price, so I decided to leave it, and explained this to the customer service. They offered to refund the dress I'd originally paid for, as well as extra to cover what the dress would have cost in the sale, which was so kind of them!

All in all, I now have another amazing dress from Collectif that I am so excited to wear! I will always recommend Collectif to people!

Very Satisfied with my order, a cardigan, received in time, exactly the same as the pictures on site, a little bit long for me as an M size but it's ok !

I regularly order from Collectif and am rarely disappointed. If you hold out most items can be ordered in the sale. Delivery is always fast and item quality is excellent. The only issue I have ever had is when ordering the Bright and Beautiful range as these sizes run very small compared to Collectif which is true to size. Gorgeous clothes.
